  1. Tech Guys 360 PC Gaming Lounge Online Booking System Terms and Conditions – Pay to Play

  2. Making a booking

    1. These terms and conditions govern the online booking at Tech Guys 360 PC Gaming Lounge. By making a Booking, you agree that your use of the online booking system, the Booking you make and your use of the equipment at Tech Guys 360 PC Gaming Lounge is governed by these terms and conditions.

    2. If you are making a Booking, you must have a members Account in order to complete your Booking. You must be 12 years of age or older to make a Booking. If you are under 16, you confirm that you have your parent’s consent to make a Booking.

    3. Before making a Booking, you must specify:

      1. the date on which you wish to make a Booking – Bookings cannot be made more than one month in advance;

      2. How many players are in your party. A maximum of 12 players can be included in a single Booking and

      3. How long you want the Booking to last (between 1 and 8 hours, in 1 hour increments).

    4. Once you have provided this information, you will be shown which time slots are available for you to book, based on the information you have provided, and the price chargeable for each of the slots. The price varies depending on when you wish to make the Booking.

    5. When you select which time slot you wish to book, you will have ten minutes within which to complete the Booking, including making payment, or you will lose the reservation and we reserve the right to make the slots you have selected available for another customer to book.

    6. You will then be asked to confirm the contact details of the person making the Booking and the names and ages of the players who will be using the stations that are being booked (which need not be the same as the person making the Booking). Age details are required as we may restrict access to certain Tech Guys 360 s based on the players’ ages, and/or may require parental consent for the players to be allowed to play certain age-restricted Tech Guys 360 s. Players under the age of 12 must not be left in Tech Guys 360 PC Gaming Lounge without the supervision of a parent or guardian.

  3. Paying for a booking

  4. Payment will be taken at the time of the booking by debit or credit card.

  5. Payment can also be taken with PayPal.

  6. Cancelling a booking

    1. Once you have booked a slot at a Tech Guys 360 PC Gaming Lounge, you cannot choose to cancel that Booking and the fee paid is non-refundable, except as set out in 3.2 below.

    2. Tech Guys 360 reserves the right to cancel any Booking In the PC Gaming Lounge for any reason and will try to give you as much notice as possible in the event that it needs to do so. Should Tech Guys 360   cancel your Booking, we will give you a refund back via the same payment methods you used to pay for the Booking.

  7. Arriving late or leaving early

    1. You must arrive at the PC Gaming Lounge within the first 15 minutes of your slot if you have booked a 1 hour or 2-hour slot, or within the first hour if your booking is for between 3 and 8 hours. If you arrive outside of this time period, we reserve the right to cancel your Booking and make the stations available to other users. You will not be entitled to a refund should this occur. If you arrive late, still wish to use the stations and the stations are still available, you will have to make another booking and pay the relevant fees for booking the stations.

    2. If you inform us that you wish to stop using the stations before your booked time is over, or if we have reasonable cause to believe that you have stopped using the stations and do not intend to return, we reserve the right to make the stations available for other users to book. Should this occur, you will not be able to return to re-use the stations without paying an additional fee. You will not be entitled to a refund for any outstanding time left in your booking when you stop using the station(s).

  8. Our use of the information you give us when you book.

    1. The information you give to us when you make a Booking is used only for the purposes of making the Booking and making the equipment at the PC Gaming Lounge available to you. We will not pass the information on to any third parties or use it for any other purpose. 

  9. Conditions of entry to the PC Gaming Lounge

    1. You must be a member to use the PC Gaming Lounge and confirm your details are up to date before signing in to use the PC Gaming Lounge.

    2. You will only be allowed to access age-appropriate content in the PC Gaming Lounge (Tech Guys 360 reserves the right to request proof of age which can only be one of the following. Driving Licence, UK passport or local authority proof of age card)

    3. On entering the PC Gaming Lounge, you agree:

      1. You will not play age restricted content that is inappropriate to your age.

      2. You will not show age restricted content to other users which is inappropriate to their age.

      3. You will not access any control settings on the Gaming Equipment without the express consent of PC Gaming Lounge Management, including but not limited to technical settings, internet access and upload/download of data and files.

      4. You will report any improper use or damage to Tech Guys 360 property, whether deliberate or accidental, immediately to a PC Gaming Lounge member of staff

      5. To inform us of any medical conditions or allergies including light sensitive epilepsy.

  10. Children and Parental Consent

    1. You must be 12 years of age or above to enter the PC Gaming Lounge unaccompanied. Tech Guys 360 will always have a trained member of PC Gaming Lounge staff available, but Tech Guys 360 does not accept responsibility for anyone using the PC Gaming Lounge.

    2. Users under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an appropriate adult before being allow into the PC Gaming Lounge and must not be left unattended.

  11. Food and drink

    1. You are not permitted to bring food and drink into the PC Gaming Lounge.

    2. Tech Guys 360 do not provide hot food within the PC Gaming Lounge but can assist in identifying food delivery options through TECH GUYS 360 ’s selected partners. Food ordered with and delivered by such partners may be consumed within designated areas of the PC Gaming Lounge

    3. Cold snacks purchased from Tech Guys 360 may be consumed in designated areas.

    4. Please ensure that any food debris which falls on the floor is picked/wiped up as soon as possible and report any spillages immediately to a member of the PC Gaming Lounge staff.

  12. Tech Guys 360’s rights

    1. Tech Guys 360   may refuse access and provide a full or pro-rata partial refund if you do not comply with these Terms of Use or where after reasonable warning your behaviour represents a danger to customers, staff or equipment – this refund represents the only compensation provided.

    2. Tech Guys 360 may restrict the availability of certain age-related content where it is not practical to avoid exposure to other PC Gaming Lounge users or Tech Guys 360 customers

    3. Tech Guys 360 reserves the right to require you to stop playing any content that you access from your own Steam, Xbox Live or PSN account within the PC Gaming Lounge if we believe it to be inappropriate to your age, but accepts no responsibility for the availability of such content.

    4. The different types of usage of the PC Gaming Lounge are as follows: Publisher activity/ PC Gaming Lounge events; Esports events; Private Hire; Pay to play.

    5. Tech Guys 360 reserves the right to withdraw or restrict the available types of usage within the PC Gaming Lounge at any time or close the PC Gaming Lounge without notice in its absolute discretion.

    6. Tech Guys 360 reserves the rights to apply an admin charge for Esports events to cover staffing cost, equipment upkeep and utilities. This charge will be displayed at the time of event at the entry to the PC Gaming Lounge. A hand stamp is required for entry to such events.

    7. Persons who cause any damage to Tech Guys 360 - or third-party property, PC Gaming Lounge elements and gaming equipment, whether deliberate or accidental, will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement of the items.

    8. Tech Guys 360 reserves the right to eject any persons from the PC Gaming Lounge who: use explicit language; improperly use items and components in the PC Gaming Lounge are aggressive or abusive in any way to other PC Gaming Lounge users or Tech Guys 360 staff.

  13. Miscellaneous

    1. The PC Gaming Lounge booking system is provided for domestic and private use only. You agree not to use the booking system for any commercial or business purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

    2. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the PC Gaming Lounge booking system, or Tech Guys 360 Ltd

    3. We assume no responsibility for the content of websites linked on the Site. Such links should not be interpreted as endorsement by us of those linked websites. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

    4. No one other than the person making the booking and Tech Guys 360 has any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or any equivalent legislation in any jurisdiction, or otherwise, to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions.

    5. Tech Guys 360 does not exclude or limit in any way its liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors OR for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

    6. These Terms and Conditions are subject to and shall be interpreted under English Law.

    7. Tech Guys 360 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the revised terms on our website. Any bookings made after the point at which the new terms and conditions are published will be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
